Our company covers an area of nearly 20000 square meters. It has standardized production buildings, comprehensive office buildings, staff accommodation buildings and related supporting facilities. Our company has a fixed assets of more than 50 million RMB, with more than 300 employees.
There are 200 sewing machines, 1 fabric composite machine, 4 metal detection machines, 2 embroidery machines, 2 cotton filling machines, 1 automatic laser cutting machine and 2 automatic packaging machines in our company. These advanced production facilities highly improved our production efficiency. Our yearly turnover could reach 10 million US dollars.
The designers of our development team have more than 20 years of design experience, they could understand the requirements of the clients’ quickly and clearly. Normally the sample making from briefing to physical sample could be implemented within one week.
Our company provides one-stop service from development to after-sales. Our plush are exported widely all over the world. We have long-term cooperated clients in Europe, the United States, Russia, Canada and other countries. Our company has various factory audit and certificate like ICTI , BSCI, CVS, COSTCO, GRS, TARGET …etc.
From 2018, our company started to investigate recycled fabric materials for plush. After two years’ investigation, with the support from our long term and stable material suppliers, we are professional in producing 100% recycled plush. In 2021, we exported more than 1.5 million pcs 100% recycled plush to European market. We are familiar with the procedure of applying the transaction certificate for 100% recycled plush.
